What to Expect for Your First Emotion, Body & Belief Code Session at Rossi Chiropractic Center
If you’re here, you’re probably curious—and maybe even a little nervous—about what it’s like to experience an Emotion Code, Body Code, or Belief Code session for the first time. I want to put your heart at ease. These sessions are not about judgment or pressure; they are about creating a safe space for you to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and open the door to deeper healing.
At Rossi Chiropractic Center, our approach is rooted in compassion, listening, and guiding you gently back to your own inner wisdom. Healing happens when we release the weight of stored emotions, outdated beliefs, and energetic blocks—and I’m honored to walk that journey with you.
Scheduling Your Session
Booking is simple, and you can choose what feels best for you:
- In-person at our office if you prefer the comfort of being together in the same space.
- Remote sessions by phone or video if you’d like to connect from home.
- Proxy/E-mail sessions if you would like to get started but have time or other conflict, this is a great option.
This energy healing method is just as effective whether you are in person, over the phone/video, or by proxy and receive the session notes by email.
You can book through our online scheduler, give our office a call, or send a quick message—we’ll confirm everything for you so you feel supported right from the start.
Preparing for Your Session
There’s nothing complicated you need to do to prepare. Simply come with an open heart and a willingness to explore what your body and subconscious are ready to share.
Some people like to:
- Set an intention such as “I’m ready to release stress” or “I’d like peace around this situation.”
- Find a quiet, comfortable space if the session is online or by phone.
- Bring water, tissues, or a journal if you’d like to reflect afterward.
Remember—this is your time, and however you show up is perfect.
What Happens During the Session
When we begin, we’ll start with a gentle conversation. I’ll ask you a few simple questions about how you’re feeling and what you’d like to focus on. Then, using tools like muscle testing and energy maps, we’ll tune into your body’s wisdom to uncover the trapped emotions, hidden beliefs, or imbalances that may be keeping you stuck.
Together, we’ll identify and release these blocks, one layer at a time. Sometimes we clear just a few; other times more—your body always knows what it’s ready for. The process is gentle, and many people feel lighter, more centered, or even deeply peaceful as the session unfolds.
After Your Session
Healing doesn’t end when you leave my office or hang up the phone. Over the next few days, your body will continue to process what was released. You may feel shifts in your energy, your emotions, or even your physical body. Some clients feel lighter and energized, while others feel the need to rest or reflect. All of it is normal, and all of it is healing.
I encourage you to:
- Drink plenty of water.
- Rest when your body asks for it.
- Journal or reflect on any thoughts, dreams, or emotions that arise.
Most importantly—be gentle with yourself.
Your Healing Journey
One session can create meaningful change, but many clients find that deeper work (such as clearing a Heart-Wall or untangling long-held beliefs) unfolds best over several sessions. Healing is a process, not a race, and I’ll walk alongside you every step of the way.
